Why is the camp registration closed before Monday May 23? If this happens, it is because we are at full capacity.  We will return any checks mailed to us after the camp is full and put you on a waiting list.


Where do I drop my child off?  We will have our staff ready to check your child in at the Cheyenne Mountain High School track on the north end.  CMHS is located at 1200 Cresta Rd. in Colorado Springs, CO.  This is also where you will pick up your child.


What can I expect drop off and pick up to look like?  On our first day of camp, it may take a little longer for us to check everyone in.  We will greet you and your child at the stadium gate.  Your child will be escorted to their age appropriate group by one of our high school counselors.  Each group will have a dedicated camp counselor who will follow around his/her group to each activity.  Group counselors will take role each day.  Parents will pick up their child at the gate, we must make contact with you at the gate.  We do not want children walking in the parking lot alone to meet you.


Can my child walk home on his/her own? We will not let any student leave on his/her own unless it is age appropriate and you hand us a note stating they my walk to and from camp each day. 


Can I drop off my child early or pick them up late?  No, we can not supervise your child beyond our camp hours.  We will be busy setting up camp before we start and cleaning up camp after each day.  Please make arrangements for your child to exit camp on time.  Obviously, we will not leave your child alone should you be running late, but chronic late pick-ups can result in us removing your child from camp with no refund.  


What should my child bring to camp?  Campers should bring a swim suit to change into if they want to swim, a towel for water activities, water bottle, snacks, a lunch for full day campers (optional for half day campers... but recommended), sun screen and a hat if easily sunburned.  Please wear play clothes due to the fact that some of our art supplies may not come out of clothing.


What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after my payment has cleared my bank?  Please text me (Chester Everett) and I will look into it.
