Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
 
Your deposit/full tuition is fully refundable up to May 5, 2017, but because we hire staff and purchase equipment and supplies based on our anticipated enrollment, the deposit/full tuition is not refundable after May 5, 2017. FUN CAMP does not offer prorated tuition for campers under any circumstance. Additionally, we do not accept drop-in campers as they pose major organizational issues. Any refunds owed will be paid by June 30, 2017. There are no refunds for campers expelled for inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to bringing any weapon to camp, fighting, vandalism, stealing, repeatedly displaying an uncooperative attitude or disrespect for others, and any other action that in the directors opinion threatens the health, safety, or well-being of any person or the smooth operation of the camp.

Program Cancellation:  Where health and safety are an issue, at the discretion of the Camp Director, programs and activities may be cancelled or postponed at any time due to inclement weather (where shelter in the school does not cover the safety needs of camp) or other unanticipated circumstances of a serious matter as they arise with no refund provided.
