A full day camp with half day options!
MAY 27th - May 31st
8:00-3:00 (Full day)
Half day session one: 8:00-11:30
Half day session two: 11:30-3:00
AGES: Entering Pre-K through current 6th grade!
(Monday-Friday)
FUN CAMP children spend their day in a small group with other campers who are the same age (we take friend request for grouping...after all this is Fun Camp)
To ensure total supervision, safety and guidance, each group has their own leader and a camp counselor who will accompany them throughout the day. As the group travels to the various activities, they will develop their own sense of community, cooperation, and pride.
Our expertise in Early Childhood Education, combined with our strong camping program, enables us to offer a SAFE, FUN FILLED and UNIQUE summer experience for young children. Campers are under the careful supervision of mature staff members that are cognizant of the social, physical and emotional needs of young children. If you want your child to experience their summer day playing, water activities, hiking, and just enjoy being a kid, then FUN CAMP is the place for them.
Half day campers: As we will attempt to squeeze as much fun into every day, our morning and afternoon sessions will always include a variety of activities, however our afternoon sessions have more hiking and free play to accommodate a full day of play. Half Day Campers should bring a lunch or a snacks as they will be joining us during our lunch break.
Fun games for all!
Campers enjoy games and activities while meeting new friends. In the process, children are physically active while enjoying the fresh mountain air. How often do you really see kids enjoying the outdoors? At FUN CAMP kids play like kids, not computer programmers and in the process, they are reconnecting with the outdoors.
What would a camp be without arts & crafts? We encourage kids to be creative in their art and play.
What can you do with some newspaper and masking tape? Can you make a telephone from kite string and two cans? How about trying to walk on some homemade stilts made of tin cans and rope. We stretch kids to think of how they can make everyday ordinary objects FUN.
Rain or Shine, we never cancel the camp due to our indoor facilities!
Please remember to dress your child ready to play. During our arts & craft time, we may use puffy paint and other types of art supplies that may damage clothing when your child is having way too much fun! Also, remember that your child will be active and be playing outside as well. Please have them wear gym like clothing and bring a backpack with a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and snacks. Full day campers should pack a lunch. Children who play hard need to hydrate and refuel!
